When your booking has been made, your card will be authorised for the amount pertaining to your booking (except in the case of recurring bookings – see the next section for details on recurring bookings). On completion of the service, your card will then be charged. You will receive payment confirmation via sms to your registered phone number within 24 hours of payment being made.
For recurring bookings, we don\’t authorise your card except for after your first appointment. For all subsequent appointments within the recurring booking, we charge your card after the appointment has been completed. Note that a recurring booking refers to a string of appointments on the same day of the week at the same time for the same service (so if you have three appointments a week, then this is considered as 3 recurring bookings and your card will be authorised before each of the first 3 appointments). Prices quoted when making a recurring booking are for each individual appointment.
Any complaints regarding services facilitated by helpersquad.ae will be investigated on a case by case basis to determine appropriate action. Complaints should be made via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Should a refund be deemed necessary, please note that refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
Customer can cancel their order up to 48 hours prior to the booking in question unless otherwise mentioned on booking. For discounted / promotional bookings, there is no cancellation allowed. Cancellations closer to the booking than allowed will be charged at 50% of the total booking.
