Refund Policy

Payment Confirmation

When your booking has been made, your card will be authorised for the amount pertaining to your booking. On completion of the service, your card will then be charged. You will receive payment confirmation via sms to your registered phone number within 24 hours of payment being made.

Recurring bookings

If you have multiple recurring appointments, we charge weekly for all given services within the week. You can cancel any recurring booking with 48 hours prior notice and we will cancel one appointment or all the future appointments for you with no charge. However, if you don’t let us know (by email or by cancelling within your online account more than 48 hours prior to your appointment), we will charge your card the full amount for that appointment.

Refund Policy

Any complaints regarding services facilitated by will be investigated on a case by case basis to determine appropriate action. Complaints should be made via email to [email protected] Should a refund be deemed necessary, please note that refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.

Cancellation Policy

Customer can cancel their order up to 48 hours prior to the booking in question unless otherwise mentioned on booking. For discounted / promotional bookings, there is no cancellation allowed. Cancellations closer to the booking than allowed will be charged at 50% of the total booking.
